Executive Director & Founder
Mrs. Joyce Engham is the Executive Director and Founder of Beacon Humanitarian Initiative Organization (BHIO), a U.S.-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit advancing humanitarian support and sustainable development worldwide.
With a professional background in nursing and more than 25 years of foster parenting experience, she has dedicated her life to protecting and empowering vulnerable children, women, and families.
Under her leadership, BHIO continues to expand its global outreach programs, supporting communities through education, healthcare, food security, and humanitarian relief initiatives.
